Formally recognized within the Canadian Armed Forces for his drive, determination, and ability to deliver results under pressure, Don brings that same standard to every transaction he handles. His academic background adds another layer — a BA (Hons) in English from York University and a Master’s in Disaster and Emergency Management from Royal Roads University, where his research focused specifically on how overland flooding affects the national housing sector. Before real estate, Jamie spent years working in Human Services and with local non-profit organizations as a fundraiser, day program instructor, job coach, team lead, and support worker. Those roles built an instinct for human connection and community engagement that translates directly into how she advocates for her clients. Her experience as a Client Care Coordinator for an award-winning real estate group gave her the systems and the process knowledge to match — so you get someone who leads with empathy and delivers with precision.
